Process improvement

ASCEM assists with streamlining and further optimising production processes. Among other things, it considers the compatibility between the process requirements and the concrete recipe, the accuracy of the water dosing and several other process parameters. By describing the production processes one step at a time, knowledge transfer is simplified, process control can be improved and the production process can be further automated. When recording the processes, the product always comes first. Changes made to the process should not compromise the product's properties in any way. Our experience shows that a careful description of the production process results in easily implementable improvements. This is where ASCEM's expertise as a concrete technology knowledge centre lies: ensuring the production process is optimally tailored to the desired product properties. This approach also makes clear how and where sustainability measures can be implemented.
